Google asking for apology for todays outage.

“We’re working very hard to solve the problem and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Those users in the US and UK who have enabled Gmail offline through Gmail Labs should be able to access their inbox, although they won’t be able to send or receive emails.”
GMAIL is down. Sept. 1, 2009
Google is down. For more than 30 mins now, I’ve been trying to login to my GMail Account. I also tried my companies email service hosted at Google Apps, it’s also down.
Hmm. I wonder what’s going on?

Update: 5:15 EST service for gmail are back online.
After refreshing the google apps page for my companies email i got this:
Both service were back online at around 5:20 EST.
